The salads at Dimyat Restaurant are prepared with the freshest ingredients available on the market.
We are offering a wide variety of traditional Bulgarian salads in addition to the author salads of the Executive Cheff Toni Ivanov.


Salads

Cucumbers with Eggplant Toast - 300 gr.

Green salad, tomatoes, marinated onions, olives, white balsamico and lemon dressing.

Green Apple Salad - 250 gr.

Rocket salad, fried onion rings, hazelnuts, apple vinaigrette and curry reduction.

Fresh Sprouts Salad - 250 gr.

Orange segments, walnuts, raisins, coreander, citrus dressing.


Tomatoes and Goat Cheese - 300 gr.

Black olive oil, pine nuts, basil leaves.

Iceberg Lettuce - 250gr.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled bacon, grizini, blue cheese dressing.

Fancy Salad - 200 gr.

Mussels, shrimps, calamari, mixed greens, avocado, dill, marinated zucchini, tomato segments, pineaple and lemon dressing.
